Welcome!
Hi, I'm Danika!
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
My professional background brings together experience in education, mental health, and counselling. I've supported individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.
I'm known for my calm and approachable nature, and I value building genuine therapeutic relationships grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. My work is informed by ongoing learning, clinical consultation, and a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with the people I love, including embracing the rewarding (and often messy!) experience of motherhood.
It would be a privilege to be part of your journey.
